Suzi df40 won't start

Engine started great before I changed the impeller. Cranks no pop, nothing.
Will the starter crank if neutral switch is misaligned? Changed fuel lines, low pressure filter. Removed LP fuel pump outlet line and cranked 4x 3-4 secs a each time. Got about 1 shot glass full of fuel into a bottle. Did I blow fuel pump? Have shop manual. Thanks in advance for your help.

Check your fuses.

starter will crank if neutral switch is not pressed all the way in when in neutral but it will not start.
