have a Yamaha 200 ox66 2 stroke. It surges above about 1500 rpm. It seems like it runs out of fuel for about 1 or 2 seconds then catches and surges forward to 3000 rpm then drops back for 1 or 2 seconds and then surges forward again. Suggestions of where to start to look would be appreciated.
