I have a 2005 Johnson-Evirude 90 saltwater version motor(I run in freshwater) that is surging at any speed. It will surge 200-300 RPMS no mater what speed I am at. I changed the sparkplugs and added a Marine Gas additive to see if that helps and it doesn't. This just started if was running fine. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
