Surf to Bay

I'm used to Surf Fishing (Sandy Hook - Longbranch) and have not fished off a boat for stripers. Got a boat this year and would like to go striper fishing in the Navesink, Shrewsbury and Sandy Hook bay next spring.<br /><br />Can anyone tell me where good ramps are?<br /><br />When, Where to fish?

for ramps check with your local DNR and local marinas, as for when and where to fish every chance you get and then some and then look for the charter boats and see what they are doing<br />good luck
