Below is ho a currently have the boat supported for replacement of the transom, stringers and bulkheads.I have the rear supported by wood blocks. The rear rollers are barely touching the hull. The frt is currently being supported by the bow stop. The frt rollers are off the hull. Should i block under the frt keel then lower the frt of the trailer down a little? Or is the bow stop suffeceint enough?

Wow the jackstands that Jack built! sorry don't take me wrong, those look very stable. I can't say much about where to support the weight being the transom is coming out but I do like your 4x4 stands.

Well i placed the "jacks" at the very end cause the wood in my transom is 3 inches short of the side of the boat.

If you are going to be replacing stringers also, I'd get some serious support under the keel also. The floor ( or remnants of) are the only thing helping hold the shape of the hull. As soon as you cut any of it out, without keel support the hull will try and collapse on itself.

I know with our sundancer we just made sure the bunks were even on both sides.
but with your roller system you may want to look at moving the rollers assemblies more to the inside and balance out the weight.
As well can you move the winch and pedistal alittle further ahead so the transom is supported?

can't move the bow stop ahead anymore. I was looking for a way to support the hull while the stringers are out. Didn't like the idea of 48 rollers pushing up on just a fiberglass hull. Even thou the hull is 1/4 inch thick. I can add more blocks under the keel that isn't a problem.

OH, just a thought, how about a chunk of webbing around the boat to keep it from spreading any?

The floor/deck is intact no need to remove it. The back section of my deck is made up of 3 panels that just lift up and out.

Ayuh,... That's what you've Gotta do,.... Put the weight of the hull on the Keel,+ the Transom....

1 set of blocking right where the Keel is still rather flat(longitudually), right before it tappers Up to the bow,...
Right There,... Then put another set or 2 on back to the transom,... Under the Keel of course...

The blocking you have now on the transom corners looks fine,...
To further support the hull, I'd add another pair of blocking sets at each forward corner, right before the sides taper into the bow....
The way you're hangin' it right Now, on the bow eye,... The outward pressure is Extreme at those forward corners...

I can't believe that winch post is taking such Abuse.....That's Alotta Weight....

To illustrate my point, a Ship can be supported by 3 sets of blocking,...
1 at each corner of the transom(like you have now),+ 1 directly under the Keel, far enough forward to hold the bow up...
Of course, the farther forward possible, spreads the load back to the transom blocking...

will do with the blocking. Yeah the boat trailer is made out of 1/4 inch channel steele. Awhile back i had the trailer weighed by it's self and it was just over 2100 lbs
