Super Porpoise sailboat value

I acquired a Super Porpoise sailboat(similar to the Sunfish) and was wondering if anyone knew what this boat might be worth. It is in very good shape except for the sail, which is not torn but stained. I know they don't make these anymore and I'm not sure to tell what year this is. If anyone knows anything about this type of sailboat I would appreciate the information.

Not sure what difference value makes if you are going to sail it. The ones I've seen on craigslist and elsewhere go for a little below sunfish values for boats of similar age in equivalent condition. And for just the reason you gave, they're not made any longer and repair parts aren't available. They are good boats so anyone who's handy can keep one sailing for many years.

If you are just interested in selling the boat, to be convincing about the condition you'll need to show a bunch of good photographs.

Ask in the groups about cleaning a sail. It's a common practice.
