I have a 1991 22' Sunbird walk around cuddy with a 225 Johnson. Can anyone tell me what the fuel capacity is for this rig? Sunbirds are no longer manufactured and no dealer has been able to help me out.
Stalker

Re: Sunbird Fuel Capacity

Can't help you 100% but here's what I have:

The 1989 brochure has SWL-200 Fisher model which is a walkaround cuddy. Tank stated as 235 litres.

Even has a 208 and 218 Cuddy with 155 litres and a 228 Barletta Cuddy with 240 litres.

My guess is that you have a tank similar to one of these and by filling her up from relatively empty you'd know if it is one or the other.

Thanks for the help. I'll fill her from near empty to be exact, but I'll bet she holds somewhere near 60 gal. like you indicated.
Thanks Again:
Stalker
