The bolts on my Force 125 are pretty rusty (some of them anyway), and I was wondering if there are any tricks on getting them out without breaking them? I have been soaking them down with liquid wrench. Thanks a million Greg
Hit the bolt heads with a torch. Ideally you want to get them red (watch you don't melt the aluminum around it). Heat & cool a few times & you should start to get a little movement. Keep working at it moderately & they'll come out - you have a steel bolt in an aluminum block and they expand with heat differently.
