Didn't see anything on Google. Though I installed a Bimini a few years ago and last year a friend mentioned that he couldn't see my anchor light as the Bimini was obscuring it. I would like an anchor light that can just clamp to my bimini mount that uses low powered LEDs and is battery operated, any suggestions?

If you have a typical gunnel mounted light, why not just get a Taller Light. 48"and up are available.

The masts are common aluminum tubing.
A 6 foot piece from Home Depot, and a little work splicing the internal wires, could produce a custom mast for minimum cost.

Another thought... Why have the bimini up at night?

At first I thought, "Gee, why didn't I think of that!"

Then I considered that my boat came with an anchor light that extends well above my head and over the top of the Bimini.
I do not open the Bimini at night, but that does not make it stick up any less.
It is all collapsed in the Storage Boot on the rear frame member, but the Bimini is still up high enough to walk under.
It is only 6 inches wide. but it is still 6 feet off the deck.
If I were to lay it down as when trailering, it lies on top of the rear seats.

On any boat, If the anchor light is to meet the requirement to be visible from any direction, all the time,
it will need to higher than the head of anyone standing in the boat.
I doubt the common 2 ft lights actually meet the standard on boats under 20 ft.

My bimini is stored mounted up, so all I have to do is unzip it and pull it forward attaching the to the connectors in the front. Though even when it is stored my transom mounted light is about 4ft+ tall, but still is to short as my bimini is so high. As putting a 6 or 4 foot would make the light even less stable, I was thinking of just looking for one I can mount to the bimini rail.

My boat came with a light tall enough to clear the Bimini. it is nearly 6 ft tall above the gunnel mount.
It is surprisingly stable.

If you are determined... There are flag mounts for Bimini poles that you could modify to accept a battery powered light mounted to a modified flag mast.
It will have to be a custom DIY job, but it should be workable.

I don't think mine is all that stable. sometimes the light will blink and move a bit when under way.
