Subwoofer placement question-in a livewell?

I have a 19' Four Winns Fish n Ski, which is basically a bowrider.
The boat does have a livewell under the rear bench seat.
I don't ever intend to use the livewell and thought it would be good to put a subwoofer in there.
Any thoughts?

Not a good idea unless you "never" plan on selling the boat. What about the next guy that wants to buy it and needs a livewell?

My intent would be to leave the livewell intact, and put the subwoofer in a sealed box into the livewell.
Perhaps secure it with velcro or some other method
