Stupid question

Whic way does a 350 chevy engine turn over. Clockwise or counter clockwise. Not completely sure but i think it is clockwise. Hope this question isn't a stupid one not to fond of mercruiser engines thats all. Thanks Dan

Clockwise looking at it from the front..(pulley side)

unless it`s counter-rotation .then it turns the other way.
