hello all ,1964 evinrude 60 hp when i open the motor up at wot it will sit at about 2400 rpm and stays there for about 15 to 20 seconds, runing ok no apparent miss, sounds good , after the 15 to 20 seconds it opens up to about 4000 rpm , i cant figure out why it sits so long at 2400 and will not accelerate , have replaced points, carb kit, fuel pump , done sync and link any thoughts would be appericated thanks !!!!
