Where can I get a stainless steel tilt tube for a BF 90 2004 model?

Clean and lube the old one, install a new, well-lubed cable, and you should be OK... unless the original one was destroyed.

Welcome to iboats.I am probably wrong but I can't remember seeing one made out of stainless.If you're having a corrosion issue clean out the existing tube and use never seize in the tube and cable.Some systems will have a O ring on the ends of the tube to keep the water out.
