Stripped threads in block of 25 horse Mercury

What is the correct torque for head bolts on a 1997 4 stroke, 25 horse Mercury outboard. I just stripped the threads out of the block on two bolts.

The long ones get 34.5 ft lbs and short ones get 106 inch lbs
