Stringer 800

Got a question for those in the know on these white and blue power plants. I have never touched one before and know nothing about them. I bought the boat for the tandem trailer that is under it and it came with the small block and the 800. I am only going to part it out so don't want to purchase a manual, is there anything special I need to know to pull the outdrive and motor? Any help would be appreciated.
