Strange noise on de-acceleration 1989 Evinrude 140hp

Hey guys hoping you could help identify what is causing this noise that is happening on de-acceleration and if its normal or if i have an issue. Its most pronounced at higher RPM. I installed Boyesen performance reeds with the required altered idle jets but that is about it. as you can see from the video it seems fine otherwise. Carbies are clean, link and sync has been done and fresh plugs.

Normal sound of the clutch dog I believe.------On the trailer put motor in forward.----Turn propeller clockwise by hand.-----Report what you hear.

Thanks for the reply racerone. No rachet sound it just turned the motor over.

prop overspeed.....prop shaft spinning faster than gear causing clutch to rachet
