Stock buying software?

I'm interested in getting some software and a website for buying and selling stocks.

I'd like to be able to buy fractional shares, gift stocks to others, set up "auto-buy" at a fixed dollar amount which would then divided by the stocks in my portfolio.

And other good stuff.

Does such a thing exist?

I've been doing a ton of research but am not really getting anything helpful.

Don't know of any, and I don't do much at all stock trading. Last one I bought was Ford in 2008 at $1 a share. Most sites allow a dollar figure and number of shares to be set, along with time constraint, but don't know anything about fractional shares
