still need help advise

3.0 liter, water in oil, i know not winertized properly, no visable cracks runs good, but after running 30 min or so water in oil pan again, freeze plug on manifold did pop out, last winter after inproper draining, ran all summer fine.
now this problem, has never run hot, what should i check or should i asume block is cracked only internally, also can a good auto mech, replace the engine, or is the allingment going to be a big problem, also would you recomend a reman or new 3.o

Pull the plugs and see if they are rusty.It sounds like the manifold/riser might have taken a hit.It's possible one or the other is cracked.J

Ayuh,... Drain,+ Isolate the block's cooling passages,+ pressurize with about 15psi of Air...
If it's Cracked, you'll Hear it...
