Sticky Throttle on a BF75

I have an older blue and white Bf75 (7.5 hp) Honda outboard. It is a 4 stroke motor. The throttle control was really stiff, (basically would only move an 1/8 inch) The motor has not run for a few years. It looks clean, and I thought that perhaps the throttle cable or something in the handle was seized.

I took the handle (black grip) off, can't really figure out how it works! I need an exploded view of the handle to see how it is supposed to go together. By any chance do you have an exploded view or any suggestions?
