Stickies / Sticky's area?

I have a quick question. Where in the forum are the "Sticky's" . Looking for info on my VP exhaust bellows replacement and found a thread that mentions the stickys that has instructions in it. Would like to view that before asking questions to members (even though I seem to be doing just that) Thanks All .

sticky notes will be at the beginning or the top of the form you are interested in, hence the name sticky as they stick to the beginning
