Stern Bracket ? E-Tech 50

Evinrude E-tech 50hp. ID & #'s in photo below.

Picture #1.
Bottom left corner what I think(??) is called the Stern Bracket is corroded (white), but below bolt, part of the alloy has actually broken off just below the bolt, from probably from 7 o'clock to maybe 9 o'clock. You can see the bolt. The piece missing is the bit that is NOT white.
Nothing is moving (bolt, Bracket etc. All firm and tight.

Questions.
What is this part called.
Anyone any websites showing it and it's price
Should I really replace it or just cover it over some how.
If i stand at the rear, look forward at it, it is on the left of the motor...so guess that's the port then?

that corrosion is severe and it's probably the reaction of the copper bottom paint being too close to the aluminum motor brackets. There should always be about a 1" space from the paint to the aluminum to cut down on the galvanic corrosion.

I think I got the parts right as 0333624 and 0344104.
I am no mechanic - - are these parts made of aluminium? - it seems like it.

www.shop.evinrude.com obviously has them, but I can not view the pick list nor cart from here.
www.boats.net are $112ea and they ship to Australia and postage is on weight. Gonna have to take a stab at that somehow.

any other retailer you blokes can recommend?

Down here they 'guess' they will be $220+ ea - awaiting firm price, so probably best I get 2 of them, which makes buying from USA very attractive.
