hi there. how do you avoid bending the steering cable at the engine end when you tilt your engine up? is the cable mount supposed to swivel with it?

Matt, When the motor is tilted up the steering rod (through the tilt tube) the steering cable and rod should twist a bit to allow the tilting.

thanks, thats what i figured! looks like someone that shouldnt touch these things has done just that!!
