Steering wheel alignment

I have a volvo 2001 with PS, one cable going to the ram or cylinder i guess...... for the life of me i cannot find a way to center my steering wheel straight.......the steering hub is keyed, one grove, the wheel it's self has no adjustment's....... do i need to post pic's of the system or does anyone know off thecuff how to do this????.......The steering wheel is 90 degree's wrong errr upside down

Ayuh,.........

Remove the Steering Wheel,+ Toss it,.......
Then replace it with a SSteel Destroyer style wheel,.... It's got no Up, or Down to it.....

I loosened the four bolts that hold the steering rack to the shaft from the steering wheel, I could then turn the steering wheel with out moving the rack (I basically seperated the steering gear from the steering rack) until the steering wheel was in the correct position, then I tightened the 4 bolts and all was good..
