Steering shaft that supports our '96 Honda 50 HP is locked, although grease nipples serviced 2 yrs ago and only 50 hrs use. Any tips on getting the engine turning again? Tried all lubricant sprays, but how to get IN the shaft house? Steering cable is not the isue, works fine.Pulled the boat on the trailer in November, today saw the problem
