Steering issue with 96 seadoo gsx

All of a sudden, pwc won't steer left. Continues to go straight when
steering left. however, when shut off, it does turn left. Can someone point me in the right direction?

I am no expert on jet Ski's but this could be a dangerous situation , Check the nozzle for damage and have a friend hold it straight and try to turn left , you may have a steering cable ready to break !

Thanks. I'll give it a try. I was looking at a website on the linkage for this. I just didn't know where to start. Yes, it is dangerous. Fortunately, it went when there was no traffic on the water.
