Hi all,
I have a Mariner/Yamaha 28hp (28A) outboard from around 1977. The tiller is very hard to operate and steer, and I can't seem to find a steering friction pin anywhere to make steering easier.
Could anyone enlighten me on this? I can't find a manual either, which doesn't help!
