I have a 1988 mercury 150 xr2 motor , it runs great but when I try to pull a skier it will not plane out <br />but as soon as the skier lets go ,its gone, I ran a resistance test on the stator and trigger and they<br />they didnot test out, could this cause my problem? Seems like alot of money for something that <br />may not cause my problem. But I have been thru the motor and carbs, to many times.
