Stator test

[HAS]

I need the test procedure and specifications for the stator on a 1975,model 850 4cyl.Mercury. The stator
only has the wires that go to rectifier, it does not have the ignition wires. the serial no. is 4295510, I have
not found any info. for this stator and the only no. on it is 16 and what looks like 75..........THANKS.......HAS

Should read less than 1 ohm between the 2 yellow wires and infinity from the yellow wires to ground.

I have 0.3 ohm on the yellow wires and infinity on the wires to ground. I`ll try to get a DVA next pay day. THANKS AGAIN.......HAS
