stator question

im replaceing the stator on my 90 two stroke, 1989. when landind the new wires,the two yellow leads are identical in color and length.so it must not matter witch lead lands on witch screw of the rectifier, right? im new and i hope this isnt to stupid of a question.

Doesn't matter as long as you're putting them on the inputs to the rectifier.

And if you're not sure, doesn't hurt to ask. It's the questions that are never asked that usually lead to problems.

thanks.i will report if changing the stator and rectifier gets my 90 running
