Starting Problems?

I was on the lake this weekend H20 Pump went out discolored my Heads On Johnson 115 Outboard. Heard the Horn go off turn it off Imm. then return to Ramp took off Lid to Motor I discovered Had gotten way to Hot Melted some wires. Well Replace the Wires to the Coils they do Fire. Could I have ruined the Pistons & Rings maybe kinda Rough turning over.

Do a compression test on engine and post the results.All cylinders should read 100+ and be within 10% of one another.
