Can I crank my motor (90hsp 92')from the selenoid so that I can run some tests? If not, is there a better way to accomplish the same thing?

Thanks!

Not clear how you want to do that, Mike. Could you be more explicit?

The best way is to get a spouse, offspring, friend to help you. You know - the same people that like to ride on your boat? (grin)

-W

Re: Starting from Selenoid

Thank you guys. To be more clear, I need to check some things with my voltmeter and didn't want to have to get another person to crank the motor. I have experience with cars but didn't want to jump the solenoid without checking with some marine guys first.

Thanks,

I'll check back with the results.

thornber; I use the auto remote push button starter to crank my eng.over for spark testing, but woudn't start it w/trottle part open ,might over rev eng. before lowering the trottle.
