Those serial numbers are really too old to help much. It puts it between 78 and 82.
Here is what I need to know to help you.
Sounds weird, but what color are the wires going to the coil.
Second do you have an ammeter or voltmeter on the dash?

What color are the two small wires coming out of the distributor, don't count the wire coming out of the center of the cap.

There is only one wire coming from the distributor that's black goes to the neg of the coil

Here is the instrument panel.

That helps but still not doing anything I just bought a starter solenoid and a slave solenoid going to install that and see if it works it does have dual battery's which I only have one at the moment I don't think that would do anything idiots before me installed a radio and put the power wires to the tach instead of buying a buss bar so I uninstalled that I haven't found anything else. I have no clue if there is a fuse panel somewhere else the only fuse panel I see is the ones for the horn bilges and the wipers and stuff like that I'm ready to pour gas on the boat and light it its my first and probably last I haven't even got it on the open water yet lol

Why are you buying parts? Were the old ones bad? I gave you step by step instructions on how to test the cranking system, did you even look at it and read it?
