Starting a 200 sport jet out out of the water.

I have a 19' stryker 200 sport jet it's been kina finicky starting. Is there a way I can start it out of the water before I go and take it out?

It should start right up with the right procedure.----And if it is in good condition.-----So find out what is wrong.----Post the compression numbers here.----And what is your starting procedure ??
