Starter ?

Sometimes when I go to start my boat, all I get is a "click". Then I hit the starter with a hammer and it starts!!!! Do I need to replace the starter or the Solinoid???? Thanks!

Ayuh,.... My guess is, it's the starter....

take it to a local starter shop and get it rebuilt avg cost is $65.00
