Starter ID

Can anyone identify this starter by ser. #CP591004-C with the number 2 stamped directly over the last C? It is probably pre 1974.<br />Thanks!

Ray....you'd be better off posting what you are looking for in the way of a starter or what engine this starter came off of. Are you looking for a replacement starter for your engine?<br /><br />We'll try to help but starter serial numbers don't work real good.

Hi Joe, I was trying to identify that starter for you, didn't know you were on this board too. I also emailed the O/B motor wizard in Lindenhurst, N.Y. but, haven't gotten a response yet. Good Luck.<br />Ray
