Ok boys - you know my story - old boat new engine - I finally chainfall the newer (1989) 3.0 130 motor into the engine bay and go to mate it to the 1968 MC-1 outdrive and the mounting bolts on the engine (thinner) are different than the mounting boats on the drive (wider) so - should I run a poll?
1. Your an idiot Clark,,,everyone knows they changed the bolt pattern in 1970!
2. Go back and look again - maybe you hit your head....
3. Why would you want to mount that motor to that antique anyway?
4. Preferably - All you need is part MBO - 8563a from Sterndrives for that mounting ?
