Re: Starcraft Supersport 22' Aluminum Hull
Hello,
I would think that the boat is CAPABLE of being out there in that kind of wave, but you won't be able to do anything much, because you'd be busy handling the boat ALL the time.
These boats are pretty light for water like that (although tough enough to be in it, in my humble opinion of course.), and you may not have as good a time with it as you could be having on a body of water with a softer texture.
I was out in my 44 foot double planked cruiser in 4-5 foot swells and THAT boat was all over!
I would say stick to calmer water for enjoyment of the aluminum hulls under 25 feet.
If you are an adventurer and like wild things, then by all means have at it!
And then again.....you may just think that it is ok after you get out there.
