Starcraft Identification

I recently purchased a 16ft Alum Starcraft runabout, I believe it is a 1963 Jupiter but I am not positive. The model number on the transom ID plate is 63-9385. Does that mean it is a 1963? How can I tell? And do you have any info on these boats? I'd like to restore at least the exterior back to original condition. Thanks!

Starcraft wasn't consistent with the ID number containing the year but it did on my '66 Jupiter and I'd bet it's correct on yours as well.

Welcome aboard! Most likely she is a '63 from the numbers you state. A good place for info is the stickied thread at the top of the page EZ posted the link to, it has many brochures for these old gems. Again, welcome!
