Starcraft Hull ID # Decoder

I believe I have seen this on here before but I can't find it if someone can point me in the right direction. I bought this little boat for a whopping $90. The guy bought this rig for the trailer and was going to send the boat to the dump. The hull is in great shape. No dents, no leaks, no loose rivets. Needs a floor and transom of course. I have a 88 Merc Classic 50 for it that will be perfect.

The title says its a Holiday 15' and it has a plaque on the dash that says Holiday. I know its a 1973 from the VIN. I see a 72 and 74 14' Holiday on the brochures here so I wonder if this was a one off for 1973?

The only bad news is that the windshield has a 10" crack. I hate it when windshields are bad because it costs so much to have a new one fabricated or seem to be impossible to find.

The VIN is STR 343 01 M 73 J

You need to remove the spaces and type the HIN as one line with no spaces to verify the HIN
