So I called Ron Bender and left a msg. He called me back as soon as he opened for business. We chatted for awhile, created a list of things I needed, and he said he'd call me back. A short time later, he did call saying the order was filled and would ship out (3-day select) today. He gave me his cell number and told me to call if I run into any issues.
