Squirt/OMC 115 info?

I have a '97 Squirt with the OMC 115 Turbojet. The engine is now sitting on a cart in my toolshed. I got it running but noticed it was not putting out water. After a few minutes one of the exhaust hoses (rubber) blew off and out came the water. How can I clear the manifold or cooling paths through the block or check to see where the blockage is?. I'm only able to use half of my body but can slowly get about anything done. Being disabled just doesn't pay so if this isn't something I can do myself then the boat is for sale. I sure would like to keep it though so any help would be greatly appreciated.
