This guy went after a professional spammer as well. What was the end result? Settlement out of court for a large sum of $$$.. Guess what, the spammer is still in business.<br /><br />Sean

Hey as long as there is email, there will be spammers, get use to it and get 2 or 3 more delete buttons.

don't care about spam, since i use my work email for everything and it doesn't let it through.<br /><br />don't care if the lawyer is just going after money, either. still hurts them. and i like that. there is hope that this will lead to legislature if it makes it to the courts.

My honest opinion is that spyware is electronic stalking. Stalking is surpose to be illegal. Spyware is my main complaint about the internet and has almost made me quit using it. iboats is the reason I keep the internet.<br /><br />Is there mail order lightning bolts that can be sent to spammers addresses? If so I would like to order a few.
