I know this is going to be a tough one to answer, but was hoping for some ideas on where to find my HIN
I purchased a 64-68 Sportsman 28. The boat has been re-stamped and the title says 1982 because thats the year of the engines after repower.
I have had a few different classic models (Barrelback, gt21, x-18, classic 22, Hornet III, Benchseat Hornet) and have found the HIN's on those whether it was the transom, dash, or even the hull near the bow. I have searched on this boat, but it is quite a bit larger.
I would love to know the year and build #.
Any help finding it would be greatly appreciated.
