Anyone out there can tell me the maximum hp I can put on this boat? Seems the company is out of business and I can't find the range that can be used. The boat came with a 85hp force and I'm afraid I have to consider replacing it soon. I know the boat is 16' long, 7' beam and dry is 1200lbs. It's a solid little boat and would like to increase the hp to give it a little more get up and go. I was wondering if anyone knew a formula by size and weight. O.T.
