Ran a 15p spitfire on my boat today. Nice prop smooth good hole shot. I have a 03 yamamerc 115 on a 01 bayliner 184 fish/ski. My normal prop is a 16p vengeance that fully loaded will run me about 5900 rpm at 41 mph. The spitfire I ran today was just me so I figured it would overrev a little, so I kept it at 6000. But all in all seems I only would lose about 3-4 mph. As I was at 38 at 6000 rpms, so when I'm loaded up should be fine. I wanted the prop simply for pulling heavy skiers up and needed a new backup anyway. So all in all happy with the prop, good hole shot, quick planing and holding.
