My 1981- 70 hp merc just completed its shakedown cruise. The motor ran hot, there was a slight amount of steam coming out of telltale with the water. When I got home I checked the spark plugs, and the # was of 86 and later plugs. Could that have caused the overheating?<br /><br />------------------<br />The Few
