spark plugs foul 75 115 johnson

after about 10 minutes of running the motor starts spitting, the motor shuts down,just installed new champian plugs as recomended,i pulled plugs and they look wet of oil,ring job maybe? any opinions appreciated. thanks

You need to do a compresson check first before anything else. If it comes up ok,(95anduplbs,with less than a 10% difference)than you can start looking into other problems, bad gas,cheap oil,low sparkand possible overheating.
