Engine starts fine, after about 10 min. it stalls and takes 20 to 30 min. to restart. I have been told that the spark plugs are fowling up but they are brand new...Any suggestions?

What model no. is your motor. Is the motor used regurlarly or, has it been sitting around for a few years? Hopefully it's just a fuel delivery problem which can be cheaply and easily fixed.

What kind of spark plugs are you using? Try using champion L82C plugs. L4J plugs are no longer availible from Champion. If you mainly troll use a L86C plug. IF this dont clear up the problem there is an idle mixture screw on the top of the carb above the choke. Turn this screw clockwise counting your turns until it is lightly seated and will go no further. Now turn it back to where it was and post how many turns it was.
