Spark plug boot

I have a force 125 1988
The boot on cylinder 1&3 have a slight rip at the elbow
Even a little bit of grease comes out!

Does that cause any issues to the boat... Meaning loss of power etc...

You talking about the spark plug wire end?
No it shouldn't loose power unless it falls off.
Tape it in place then, just replace with parts from any auto parts store.
