spare tire fitment

hi guys, just got a new trailer that has 205/75/15 tires. i have a spare from an old trailer that is a 215/70/15. there seems to be a good bit of space (in both height and width) under the fender.
eventhough they're different heights this spare should work temporarily shouldn't it?

Before you trust it, as a spare, make sure it actually fits and the bolt patterns are the same.

I know its a spare but is the 215/70/15 a trailer tire? Sounds like a passenger car tire size.
